Authors must register in order to submit final papers. Each paper must have either a full registration or an additional paper charge associated with it.
Final paper submission is not possible until payment is complete.
Authors, or an appropriate substitute, must present their accepted papers at the conference for which it was submitted for the document to be published.
A digest of 3-5 pages (including figures and tables) and an abstract of 50-100 words should be written in English and must be electronically submitted in PDF format via conference website https://vppc2020.trackchair.com/.

The submitted extended summary will be reviewed via a peer review process in order to ensure the highest technical quality of the conference.
