Abstract: In future wireless networks, extreme MMO (E-MIMO)is poised to play key roles in revolutionizing future wireless communication. The aim of the workshop is to bring together both the mobile communications industry (operators, telecom vendors, and consulting firms) and academia to present and discuss the problems, challenges, directions, and state-of-art in the fields of E-MIMO.

Shaohui Sun
Shaohui SUN ,received Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2003.Now, he is the deputy of chief engineer in China Information
Communication Technologies group corporation(CICT),and Chief Scientist of CICT Mobile Communication Technology Co., Ltd(CICT Mobile). Since 2005, he has been deeply involved in the
standardization work of 3GPP for 4G/5G and is currently engaged in research on key technologies for 6G. He has published over 100 academic papers in journals and conferences and has authored
more than ten books on mobile communications. His current research interests focus on mobile communication and satellite communication systems.
Xin Su
Xin Su received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Xidian University, Xi-an, China in 2000, 2003 and 2006 respectively. From 2006 to 2007, he was with the system and standard department of Datang Mobile. In 2007, he joined the system lab of Samsung Electronics. Since 2009, he was with the Datang Wireless Mobile Innovation Center of CATT. He is currently with CICT Mobile
Communication Technology Co., Ltd. His research interests are multi-antenna system and its standardization in radio access networks.
