Workshops

Workshops provide invaluable opportunities for researchers and industry practitioners to share their state-of-the-art research and development results in areas of particular interest. We invite submissions of cutting-edge workshop proposals to complement the technical program of VTC2026-Fall.

Workshops will cover specific topics with a mix of regular papers, panel discussions, keynotes, and possibly poster presentations. We ask for proposals that deal with topics in emerging areas of mobile and vehicular technologies.

Topics of interest include but are not limited to:

4. IoV, IoT, M2M, Sensor Networks, and Ad-Hoc Networking

6. Non-Terrestrial Networks, Satellite Communications, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle
7. Positioning Technologies, Localization and Navigation
8. Protocols, Security and Services for Wireless Networks
9. Radio Access Technology and Heterogeneous Networks
10. Spectrum Management, Spectrum Sharing and Green Communications
11. Transmission Technologies and Communication Theory
12. Vehicular Communications, Vehicular Networks and Telematics

Proposal Submission Deadline: 26 January 2026
Notification Deadline: 5 February 2026

Paper Submission Deadline: 25 April 2026
Paper Notification Deadline: 16 June 2026
Final Paper Deadline: 30 June 2026

All workshops will be presented on the first day of the conference.
