Conference Registration Prices
Authors must register in order to submit final papers. Each paper must have either a full registration or an additional paper charge associated with it.
We will provide a link to the registration site here when it opens.
Existing VTS members, be sure to register at the VTS member rate to receive the discount. Please have your IEEE member number available when registering.
Workshops and tutorials will take place on June 9, 2026. Workshops are included in your registration fee, but tutorials are an additional fee.
All fees are in USD and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) required by the conference site country.

VTC (with workshops) $858
Workshop only (authors) $434.50 – You must have an accepted workshop paper to use this registration which does not include Recent Results papers. This registration is only for the day of the workshop and the Welcome Reception that evening.
