Authors must register in order to submit final papers. Each paper must have either a full registration or an additional paper charge associated with it.

Final paper submission is not possible until payment is complete.

Authors must present their accepted papers onsite at the conference according to the published schedule. If the authors cannot attend due to extenuating circumstances, substitutions will be allowed if by a qualified surrogate only.
