Authors must register in order to submit final papers. Each paper must have either a full registration or an additional paper charge associated with it.

Announcement – The 2019 IEEE Connected and Automated Vehicles Conference (IEEE CAVS 2019) will be co-located with VTC2019-Fall. CAVS participants can register for either VTC or with a Workshop ONLY registration, which will include tickets for the reception, a copy of the proceedings, and lunch on Monday.

Workshops will take place on 22 September 2019 and there are no lunches included.
