VTC2022-Spring, to be held 19-22 June, is planned as an in-person conference with authors expected to travel and participate in the event. As the pandemic continues to dynamically shift, VTS and the Organizing Committee recognize the potential for the pandemic to negatively impact travel to the conference. Thus, VTC2022-Spring will host a virtual track in addition to its regular tracks as a means of providing conference participation to those authors whose travel plans become adversely affected by restrictions imposed due to the pandemic.

At this early stage it is too soon to know the travel restrictions for mid-June 2022. So initially, all papers will be planned for regular, in-person presentation. But as we approach the time of the conference, the TP Committee in conjunction with VTS and the Organizing Committee, will transfer papers into the virtual track as needed in support of affected authors. Our goal is to remain flexible and vigilant so as to make VTC2022-Spring a successful and safe event for everyone.
